Taking a Sideways look at teaching methods can prove to be dynamic, enriching (and fun!).

Our INSET and CPD training is designed to equip education professionals with an arsenal of innovative creative ideas to put to use across the curriculum, or beyond. The idea is to provide teachers and TAs with a toolkit of techniques to get children up from their desks, working together and learning in a kinaesthetic way. These can be twilight sessions onsite or full / half days, offsite. All programmes are designed to your schools needs.

We aim to work with teachers to:

Stimulate and stretch your imagination
Inspire current practice & develop new habits
Supply all participants with a whole new tool kit of practical and creative ideas
Re-ignite lesson plans and content with a kinaesthetic approach
Experience drama techniques that are designed to have an impact on pupil and teacher, together: Involve, entertain, energise and challenge

Creative and 'different' lesson planning
Using drama ideas to kick start a more creative ethos through the school
Identifying Gifted & Talented Students
Team building day for teachers and whole staff
Improving speaking & listening, and working on teamwork and confidence
Tackling various behaviour and discipline issues
